Deejay o’ b caters for all types of functions as a Dj for weddings, fashion shows, corporate events and product launches, festivals, debs balls, college events, theme nights and private parties for all ages. Deejay o’ b mainly djs in Co Meath, Kildare, Dublin and surrounding counties but he also plays nationwide as a Dj in Munster, Leinster, Ulster and Connaught, never too far to Dj in all counties in Ireland.

James O Brien ( deejay o’ b ) has been a dj in Kerry until 2010 since he received his first Dj equipment turntables from his wife Cathy as a wedding present. Since then he has turned his hobby into his full time career and has djed from ringing in the new year on new years eve, St. Stephens nights, weddings, day after wedding parties, house warmings, birthday parties, childrens parties, music festivals with the chart topping Delorentos as headline act. Recently deejay o’ b has relocated to Co Meath, so he now also djs in Dublin, Meath, Kildare and can also travel to dj for your special event nationwide.

Deejay o’ b also was a Dj to recent charity events such as the Full Moon Party in which proceeds from the raffle went to The 3ts Suicide prevention charity and 1 life helpline, The RNLI Bike poker run, 2009 RNLI lifeboats Reindeer fun run in Killarneys Muckross House gardens, and he also djed for a Special Olympics event in The Malton Hotel, Killarney and for Killarney celtic soccer social.

With a wide variety of tastes of music, deejay o’ b can cater for all ages and genres of music and is very well capable of reading a crowd. He works closely with the Client and venue to ensure the event is a huge success and assures it goes perfect and helps to make it a day or night to remember. Whether it is a Rock night, salsa night or jazz night, then deejay o b can play any style for any type of event.

James made this movie to demostrate the hard work it takes to be a dj, he dosn’t just turn up on the night to play, he also spends time loading and unloading the equipment, setting it up and also keeping in contact with the client prior to the event and getting the music to suit your style and theme for the event.
